Present perfect (work in progress)

There are no citizens in Bosnia-Herzegovina.
According to the Constitution, the people of Bosnia-Herzegovina are members of the so-called "three constituent nations".
Fifteen years after the end of the war, Bosnia is still a land thorn by ethnic and religious divisions, invisible gaps between places and people.
What does it mean to be Bosnian?
The answer is more difficult today than in the past.
